We strive to ship your international order quickly and efficiently. All packages will be sent via Registered Recorded Mail by Poste Italiane (the Italian Postal Service system) for free or by UPS Express Delivery. It is the safest shipping service worldwide with limited tracking information: it offers and overall, non-detailed tracking until your purchase is passed over to USPS International Parcel Incoming Facility in approximately 7 days. From that time on, your package will be entered onto USPS online tracking system with the ability to monitor its transit until delivery to your doors. A signature will be required for all items. If your package is lost for 30 days, we can put a trace on it. The post office advises us that your international package will take upward of 60 days or more to trace. We can only facilitate the tracing of this item, and will not offer any type of refund until we receive a refund via the Italian Postal Service. Usually they issue full refund once they receive confirmation from the International Department of the Destination Country that the parcel is lost and have not been delivered in the meantime.
Our shipping fees are determined by the shipping weight of the item, its value if you opt for insurance, and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. We use first-quality materials to pack items with care. Shipping and handling fees include packaging materials, packing and driving time, fuel surcharges, posting time AND actual postage charges.
We take great care of your purchase. All our items are carefully packed with bubble wrap to make sure they get to you in the very same conditions they leave us. To make sure nobody can tamper with your package while on transit, we use a security seal or wax seals (whatever applies according to package shape and dimensions) at time of dispatch on every single item. Upon delivery, please make sure all seals are undamaged. Should you notice any broken wax seal or VOID on the opening lid, please report any tamper evident activities to the person in charge of delivery BEFORE signing for receipt. If any damages or tamper occurred, please make sure to add "WITH RESERVE" next to your signature and to RETAIN A COPY of the delivery slip and/or any claim report for future reference. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any future claims.
Except for custom and bespoke orders, we usually ship all items within 48 hours after payments are completed and cleared.
